Job description
We are looking for a Night Auditor on a permanent contract to join our front desk team and ensure uninterrupted service overnight.
Your main responsibilities
As the key person ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations at night, you will be responsible for:

Welcoming and assisting guests arriving at or staying at the hotel

Prepare and perform the daily closing (checking receipts, verifying reports, recording payments)

Ensure the safety of property and people during the night by conducting regular patrols

Write the night shift report and report any incidents or unusual events

Finalize check-ins and check-outs in accordance with Marriott procedures and standards

Ensure compliance with internal billing and collection procedures
Your profile
Skills and expertise:
-
Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office
-
Proficiency in business English (a third language would be a plus)

Diligence, independence, and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and professionally
Desired experience:

Experience in night reception or high-end hospitality (minimum 1 year, preferred but not required)
