The Hotel Le Couvent des Minimes is looking for a Receptionist (M/F) to join its reception team.
Reporting to the Head Receptionist and the Senior Receptionist, your duties will include:

– Inform customers about availability
Your responsibilities:
– Greeting: Greeting customers in English and at least one other language. Answering customers’ questions during their stay about practical matters, tourism, or other topics. Provide information about the services offered by the hotel. Provide information about the hotel’s surroundings and local resources.
– Communicate with other departments;
– Handling administrative tasks: taking reservations, managing invoices from the guest’s arrival to departure, collecting payments, managing cash funds and cash registers, and maintaining the reception office.
– Ensuring the marketing and promotion of the hotel’s products and services, as well as customer loyalty;
– Providing concierge services to respond to customer requests and needs;
– Take care of VIP guests by offering personalized and tailor-made service; – Provide support for Guest Relations tasks; font-size: 12pt;”>- Provide support for Guest Relations tasks;
– Monitor all internal processes.
Your profile
With training in hospitality, you have initial experience in a receptionist and/or night receptionist position;
You are thorough and independent, and you know how to use your common sense in any situation.
You are known for your interpersonal skills and customer service skills;
You speak professional English.

Contract: Permanent contract – 39 hours per week
Salary: €2,079.49 per month + meal allowance/benefits in kind

L’Alliance – Couvent des Minimes is a 4-star establishment where history and modernity come together. Located a few steps from the Grand Place, it enjoys a relaxing environment. The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. Its restaurant offers traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the dining options, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
