Job description
As part of the establishment’s F&B team, you may be required to work in various areas, including: Breakfast, Restaurant, Bar, and Banquets. Your duties will include:
Operational management of front-of-house service
- Supporting head waiters and waiters in the running of the service;
- Ensure the quality of F&B services and compliance with defined standards;
- Take customer requests and feedback into account in order to provide an appropriate response and report the information to F&B Management;
- Manage the cash register and monitor related procedures;
- Promote other services offered by the establishment.
Team management
- Ensure the integration, training, and skill development of teams;
- Leading briefings and ensuring the effective communication of information to the team and other departments;
- Report operational resource requirements, participate in schedule planning and absence monitoring.
Administrative management
- Ensure proper inventory management (beverages, non-food products) and report needs;
- Participate in the creation of menus (layout, printing, communication);
- Ensure that service procedures (including HACCP) are properly implemented.
Quality of service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality service at all points of sale;
- Proactively handle customer complaints or special requests;
- Ensure compliance with Marriott quality standards, cleanliness, and safety of the establishment.

Salary: €2,458.42 per month + meal allowance/benefits in kind

L’Hermitage Gantois, a franchise of the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand, is a 5-star establishment located in the heart of Lille. A 15th-century building, classified as a historical monument, it combines an exceptional setting with history and modernity. The hotel has 89 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, and a spa. The seven event spaces (including the Salle des Hospices, the Chapel, and the Oratory) can accommodate up to 300 guests. Its architecture and atmosphere make it an unmissable haven of peace in Lille.
