Job description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be involved in the following tasks:
GRAPHIC DESIGN & VISUAL IDENTITY
- Participate in the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for the group’s hotels and for the WiZiU brand;
- Design hotel brochures (hotel, MICE, luxury, fact sheets, etc.) in accordance with the graphic guidelines of the brands (Accor, Marriott, Hilton, independent hotels, etc.);
- Adapt existing visual identities to different print and digital media;
- Ensure graphic consistency and uniformity of media across the entire scope;
- Quickly integrate the graphic constraints, charters, and guidelines specific to each hotel brand.
PRINT MEDIA & SIGNAGE
- Produces internal and external signage (posters, kakemonos, signs, POS advertising, event media, etc.);
- Adapts visuals to technical printing constraints (formats, margins, bleed, resolutions).
- Prepares files for printing and liaises with printers if necessary.
- Participates in the creation of materials for key events throughout the year (openings, renovations, events, seasonal offers).
DIGITAL MEDIA
- Creates and adapts visuals for digital media (websites, newsletters, social media, banners, internal screens);
- Adapt designs to different formats and uses (web, mobile, social media);
- Optimize visuals with a focus on graphic quality and brand consistency;
- Work closely with the communications/marketing team to meet operational needs.
Your profile
Education/Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or art direction;
• Initial experience (internship, work-study program, school projects) in graphic design is appreciated.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign essential, Illustrator and Photoshop required);
• Good understanding of print and digital constraints; - Sensitivity to the codes of luxury, hospitality, and brands;
• Ability to rigorously apply existing graphic guidelines.
Internship (agreement required)
7 weeks starting March 1, 2026
