Job description

WiZiU is expanding its sales team and recruiting an International Sales Manager / External Sales Manager for International Markets (NB/F/H).

Reporting to the Group’s Sales and Marketing Director, the External Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and promotion of all the group’s hotels in the international markets under their responsibility. He/she contributes to the annual budgeted revenue for the hotels (room nights, average price, room revenue) across all segments under his/her responsibility, through B2B players – companies, events, and leisure.

He or she generates revenue through residential seminars or any other requests including meetings and events, and promotes the various points of sale of the group’s hotels.
The External Sales Manager seeks out new accounts and develops relationships with existing accounts. He or she strives to achieve the annual sales targets set at the beginning of the year, in particular through ongoing sales promotion, hosting and organizing Fam Trips, market monitoring, and sales promotions throughout the year.

The External Sales Manager’s main mission is to develop the Group’s customer portfolio and revenue in the international markets for which they are responsible:

  • With professional customers (companies, agencies, event organizers);
  • in the Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments (non-exhaustive);
  • by capitalizing on the diversity of the offering, the strength of the brands, and the power of the Group, while positioning each establishment as a solution tailored to the specific needs of the customer;
  • through prospecting, loyalty-building, and negotiation activities;
  • in line with the Group’s commercial strategy.

The External Sales Representative is responsible for defining the commercial strategy in their markets for the Group’s hotels in the MICE, corporate, and leisure sectors by developing an action plan, promoting their markets, and monitoring their commercial budget.

He/she is responsible for commercial development and prospecting, monitoring his/her markets, developing and implementing a prospecting plan, and launching specific offers on his/her markets in coordination with the RM and operations.

Their sales pitch is based on their knowledge of each hotel in the group, its positioning, and its services.

They represent the group at trade shows, workshops, customer evenings, and partner events, and are active on social media to promote their business and the group in their markets.

He/she oversees the drafting of contracts, updates the CRM, monitors the progress of his/her files, and accompanies his/her clients on site if necessary.

He/she collaborates with other sales representatives in the group when opportunities arise in other geographical areas.

He/she reports regularly on the results of his/her past actions and the objectives of his/her future actions by monitoring or projecting specific KPIs.
