L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for a versatile server (M/F/X).
As part of the management team in the establishment’s F&B department, you will work in various catering areas, including breakfast, the Estaminet, the bar, and banquets. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Accompanying customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily specials
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Handle payments
- Ensure quality of service
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding specific requests
- Build customer loyalty through excellence and personalized service at every stage of their experience within the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Alert your supervisor of any complaints
- Follow procedures
- Ensure that catering areas are set up
- Ensure that equipment and premises are clean
- Comply with and enforce the standards and procedures in place in the hotel as well as the HACCP approach
Your profile
Key qualities:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. You are naturally organized and versatile, always paying close attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working in a team and are rigorous in the execution of your tasks.
You have initial experience in a similar position in a luxury environment. Your level of English allows you to work effectively in a professional context.

Contract: Permanent contract, 39 hours per week
Salary: €2,062.42 per month + meal allowance/benefits in kind

The Hermitage Gantois, part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand, is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Lille. Housed in a 15th-century building classified as a historic monument, it combines an exceptional setting with history and modernity. The hotel has 89 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, and a spa.
