Job description
Reporting to the Hotel Manager and the Breakfast Manager, the Breakfast Server NB/M/F ensures a high-end customer experience and ensures compliance with the establishment’s standards and norms.
Breakfast service
- Set up the buffet and ensure it is restocked during service
- Welcome guests and provide a 4-star experience
- Clear and tidy tables
- Ensure the cleanliness of common areas
- Ensure product traceability and comply with food hygiene and safety standards
Your profile
– Experience in the restaurant industry is desirable,
– Fluent English.
Your key qualities:
– Customer service skills; – Interpersonal skills; – Ability to retain and attract new customers; – Professional appearance; – Rigorous, able to work in a team.
