Position
We are looking for a Bartender (M/F) to join the team at the Hilton Lille.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bartender will be responsible for providing high-quality drinks and cocktails in accordance with Hilton standards, while ensuring an exceptional and professional customer experience.
As part of the Hilton Lille Bar team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient and attentive service
- Welcoming customers and advising them on their choices;
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and cocktails in accordance with technical specifications;
- Set up the bar;
- Provide fast, personalized service in accordance with Hilton standards;
- Ensure proper cash register and billing procedures;
- Manage room service and snack requests.
- Maintain equipment:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and workspaces;
- Apply and master HACCP rules;
- Ensure the maintenance of the private lounge and seminar rooms;
- Contribute to the development of the point of sale’s turnover:
- Customer loyalty and satisfaction;
- Development of the bar menu;
- Promote the services offered by the establishment;
- Ensure proper inventory management:
- Place beverage orders;
- Anticipate needs for special events;
- Conduct inventories according to internal procedures;
Your profile
KEY QUALITIES:
You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a bar, particularly in a hotel setting. You have the following skills:
- Ensuring a customer experience that meets Hilton standards.
- Excellent presentation and vocabulary appropriate to the hotel’s requirements.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Communication skills.
- Team spirit and leadership.
- Professional command of English.

Contract: Permanent contract, 39 hours per week
Salary : €2311.68 per month + Meal allowances/Benefits in kind
