Job description
Joining the WiZiU Group’s Finance/Purchasing division and reporting to the Finance Department, you will contribute to the deployment of projects to set up operational management control and financial reporting for hotel assets in order to optimize financial performance and make internal processes more reliable.
– Gathering team requirements for the implementation of Operational Management Control
– Implementation of BI Reporting
– Preparation of project feedback reports
– Preparation of reference operating procedures
– Setting up project monitoring with teams and external service providers
– Supporting teams in mastering new performance optimization tools
Your profile
Bac+4/5 type Master or MBA in the field of hospitality and/or project management or equivalent professional experience of at least 2 years.
Experience in the hotel/restaurant sector would be an asset.
Expected skills
- An analytical approach with a focus on performance optimization
- Management of BI Reporting implementation for a portfolio of assets
- Good command of Accounting and reporting compliance
- Mastery of phasing for project management

- A strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptable communication with both teams and service providers
- An efficient organization for managing priorities
- An agile mindset to work in project mode with cross-functional reporting
Languages : English
IT tools : Good command of Pack Office and BI Reporting software
Business tools : Knowledge of Opéra hotel software and Sage for accounting would be appreciated.
Contract start date: April 2026.
Salary 3600€ gross monthly, Executive status, contract with 2 days/week telecommuting.
