L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for its versatile kitchen clerk!
As a versatile kitchen assistant, you’ll assist our brigade in culinary preparation. You will be required to prepare and make products under food hygiene and safety rules for the hotel restaurant.
Main duties:
- Ensure the control, reception and storage of goods
- Prepare and organize ingredients needed to make dishes
- Make preliminary preparations according to established instructions
- Strictly apply technical data sheets and quality standards
- Contribute to the dispatch of dishes and ensure smooth service
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the kitchen, patisserie and equipment
Your profile
Qualités principales :
La rigueur et le souci du détail sont les deux principales qualités nécessaires à la réussite dans ce poste. Une bonne résistance au stress ainsi qu’une bonne communication sont également demandées.
Issu(e) d’une formation (CAP, mention complémentaire…), vous possédez une expérience significative de 1 an minimum à un poste similaire ou en tant qu’apprenti(e) cuisine
