The Hilton Lille Hotel is looking for a Multi-skilled Server (NB/F/H) to strengthen its team for its restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting activities
Under the responsibility of your manager, your main mission will be to take care of and serve our customers in the restaurant, you will also be asked to do service in the bar or for our seminar clientele (cocktail, buffet…). You will be our hotel’s ambassador to our customers and partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Welcome and serve customers:
- Accompany customers to their table;
- Present the menu;
- Advise and inform customers;
- Serve and present dishes;
- Manage billing and cash collection;
- Ensure quality of service:
- Link with the kitchen on specific requests;
- Serve breakfast, restaurant lunch or dinner, room service, bar lunch or dinner and meeting rooms in collaboration with team members;
- Foster customer loyalty through service excellence and personalization at every stage of their experience within the establishment;
- Promote other services offered by the establishment;
- Let his/her line manager know of any complaints.
- Respect procedures
- Ensure the set-up of Catering areas;
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and premises;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, you clear the tables and set them up;
- Respect and ensure compliance with the standards and procedures in place in the hotel, as well as the HACCP approach.
Your profile
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. Naturally organized, you are able to demonstrate versatility, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and are rigorous in carrying out your tasks. Professional English is essential.
You have previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment. Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
