CDD – Replacement Maternity Leave

The Spa du Drap d’Or, a veritable showcase of serenity within the Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde, is looking for its future Spa Manager on CDD to ensure a replacement maternity leave.
Your missions:

Pilot the Spa’s operational and commercial management;

Manage, lead and federate the team of practitioners;
-
Guarantee care quality and compliance with partner brand protocols (Cinq Mondes / Terrake);
-
Manage schedules, monitor performance indicators and optimize care and product sales;
-
Welcome and advise demanding customers, ensuring warm, personalized service;

Implement sales initiatives in collaboration with management to develop the Spa’s reputation and sales;

Supervise the compliance of facilities and the observance of hygiene, safety and quality standards;

Be an ambassador of the customer experience within our establishment.
Your profile
Your profile:
-
Diploma in aesthetics or well-being massage (CAP, BP, BTS or equivalent);
-
Proven team management experience in a spa or upscale establishment;
-
Excellent presentation, attention to detail and customer focus;
-
Natural leadership, listening skills and benevolence;
-
Mastery of IT tools and Nymphéa software appreciated;
-
Good command of professional English.

Contract:
CDD – maternity leave replacement (duration to be defined)
Full-time 39h/week
Salary: from 2,600€ gross monthly depending on profile.
