Le Couvent des Minimes is looking for its extra CDD Multipurpose Server (NB/F/H) for the Lille 2025 braderie weekend.
Attached to the establishment’s Catering team, you will work in the various areas of the establishment: Breakfast, Restaurant, Bar and Banquets; and your missions are:
- Welcome and serve customers
- Accompany customers to their table
- Present the menu and daily suggestions
- Advise and inform customers
- Serve and present dishes
- Manage cash collection
- Ensure quality of service
- Link with the kitchen on specific requests
- Foster customer loyalty through service excellence and personalization at every stage of their experience within the establishment
- Promote other services offered by the establishment
- Let his/her line manager know of any complaints

- Respect procedures
- Ensure the set-up of Catering areas
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and premises
- Respect and ensure respect for the standards and procedures in place in the hotel, as well as the HACCP approach
Your profile
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. Organized by nature, you know how to be versatile, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to be rigorous in carrying out your assignments.
You have one year’s experience in a similar position. Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
Job type: CDD Extra – From September 6 to 7, 2025
Salary: 12€ gross/hour worked

The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the restaurant offering, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
