The Hilton Lille is looking for its Technical Manager (NB/F/H)
PRIMARY MISSION:
Attached to the Director of the establishment, the Technical Manager ensures the smooth running of the establishment’s materials and equipment. To this end, he/she is responsible for:
- Control the quality of the facility’s equipment and technical installations;
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on installations and equipment, and follow up with the departments concerned;
- Ensure that safety equipment is in good working order and maintained correctly
- Update the facility’s intervention, fire safety and technical installation directory registers;
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure the quality of services provided;
- Monitor the progress of work in liaison with the Works & Maintenance team at Head Office;
- Inform management of any equipment malfunctions, comments and customer complaints;
- Monitor regulatory controls related to an ERP;
- Manage, in liaison with the Purchasing Department, material orders required for proper site maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Practical and theoretical maintenance skills (all trades)
– Technical knowledge (ERP regulations…)
– Autonomy
– Attention to detail and quality
– Thoroughness
– Diagnostic skills
Proven experience in a similar position is required.
CONTRACT
Contract : CDI / 39h per week
Status : Agent de maîtrise
Salary : 2458.51€ gross
