A ABOUT THE POSITION

The Novotel Lille Centre Gares is looking for a Rotating Receptionist as part of a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities:

– Work in a friendly environment;

– Welcome customers, ensure that their stay runs smoothly and then carry out their departure;

– Provide information and answer customers’ various questions;

– Inform customers about availability.

Your missions:

– Welcoming and communicating: greeting customers in French, English. Another spoken foreign language may be a plus to your application. Answering practical, tourist or other questions to customers during their stay. Information on the services offered by the hotel. Information on the hotel environment and local resources. Communication with other departments;

– Administration: taking reservations, managing invoices from guest arrival to departure, cash receipts, managing cash floats and checkouts;

– Marketing: promotion of the hotel’s products and services.

– Marketing: promotion of hotel products. Building customer loyalty.

CDI, 39h per week

Salary: €2058.42 gross

Your profile

PROFILE

You’re the right person for us if you have excellent customer relations skills, you’re smiley, organized and know how to manage your priorities.

Fluency in English is a must, a second language would be a plus, as would proficiency in Opera software.
