Job description
L’Art Déco is looking for a Night Auditor (NB/F/H) to join its reception team from 1er April 2025.
As part of the Hotel’s Reception team, you will be responsible for:
CUSTOMER RECEPTION
- Assure the physical and telephone reception of customers;
- Perform check-in (registration, handover of keys) and check-out (billing, collections, extras) according to procedures in place;
- Inform customers about the services offered by the establishment;
- Respond to customer requests;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on complaints;
AUDIT
- Ensure daily closing of the PMS;
- Perform billing checks and corrections on Opera;
- Send watch activity reports to management;
- Ensure the performance and safety of the establishment during the night.
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
- Perform night patrols;
- Know how to implement safety procedures, particularly in the event of evacuation;
- Set up breakfast buffet;
- Receive deliveries;
Your profile
PROFILE
- With a background in the hotel industry, you have initial experience in a receptionist and/or night receptionist position;
- Rigorous and autonomous, you know how to use common sense in any situation;
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to welcome customers;
- You speak professional English.

Contract: CDI 29.25h, from 1er April 2025
Salary : €1,556.52 monthly + Food allowances/Benefits in kind
