Job description
We are looking for a Night Auditor on a CDI to join our reception team and guarantee continuity of service during the night.
Your main tasks
Genuine guarantor of the smooth running of hotel operations at night, you will be in charge of:

Welcome and take care of guests arriving or staying at the hotel

Prepare and carry out the daily closing (check receipts, verify reports, record payments)

Ensure the security of goods and people during the night, by making regular rounds

Write the night activity report and report any incidents or special events

Finalize arrivals and departures in compliance with Marriott procedures and standards

Guarantee compliance with internal billing and collection procedures
Your profile
Skills and know-how:
-
Good knowledge of OPERA software and Pack Office
-
Professional command of English (a third language would be a plus)

Struthfulness, autonomy and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task calmly and professionally
Desired experience:

Experience in night reception or upscale hotel (1 year minimum, desired but not required)
