Job description
Attached to the F&B team of the establishment, you may be required to evolve in the different areas that are: the Breakfast, the Restaurant, the Bar and the Banquets; and your missions are:
Operational management of room service
- Accompany the Chefs de rang and waiters in the running of the service;
- Ensure the quality of F&B services and compliance with defined standards;
- Take into account customer requests and feedback to provide an appropriate response and pass on information to F&B management ;
- Manage the cash register and monitor related procedures;
- Promote other services offered by the establishment.
Team management
- Ensure team integration, training and skills development;
- Lead briefings and ensure the proper transmission of information to the team and other departments;
- Provide feedback on operational resource requirements, participate in the construction of schedules and the monitoring of absences.
Administrative management
- Ensure proper inventory management (beverages, non-food products) and escalate needs;
- Participate in menu creation (layout, printing, communication);
- Ensure proper application of department procedures (including HACCP).
Service quality
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and ensure quality service at all outlets;
- Proactively handle customer complaints or special requests;
- Supervise compliance with quality standards, cleanliness and safety of the establishment.
Your profile
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven sense of service. Naturally organized, you know how to demonstrate versatility, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and are rigorous in carrying out your assignments.You are recognized for your natural leadership skills.
You are creative and know how to be a driving force behind your department.
You have proven experience in the restaurant business, particularly in hotel catering. Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
Contract:
CDI – Full-time (39h)
Salary: €2458.51 gross
