Job description
We are looking for an IT Manager with proven experience for our 24 locations.
He/She will report directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Main duties
The Senior IT Manager is responsible for the design, implementation and supervision of the company’s IT infrastructures and cybersecurity policies. He/she oversees the availability, performance and security of information systems, while ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.

Infrastructure & Networks
– Define and implement the IT infrastructure master plan in cooperation with the CIO.
– Steer network & Built & Run systems partners. Create transverse links between the various partners. Creation of steering committees.
– Ensure availability of all
– Ensure infrastructure availability, performance and scalability.
– Manage relations with external service providers and service suppliers.
– Ensure systems compliance.
IT security
– Develop and maintain the information systems security policy in conjunction with the CIO and CISO.
– Implement and maintain the information systems security policy in conjunction with the CIO and CISO.
– Implement, pilot and/or administer preventive and reactive security measures: firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), etc.
– Oversee regular security audits and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, RGPD).
– Manage security incidents and coordinate incident response plans.
Management & Steering
– Manage a multi-disciplinary external partner team of systems, network and security engineers.
– Plan and monitor IT projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
– Maintain a technological and regulatory watch to anticipate changes in the sector.
– Train and raise employee awareness of good IT security practices.
Your profile
Education / Professional experience
Higher education in computer science Bac+5 or equivalent.
Significant experience (minimum 8 years) in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity in the hotel world.
Professional English required.
Abilities / Qualities
Mastery of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Solid knowledge of networks: VPN, VLAN, routing, firewalls.
Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
Mastery of EPP/EDR/MDR and SOC-type supervision tools
Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Form, automate etc..)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
Regular travel is required in France and Belgium
Position based in Lille.
Salary: €55K annual + variable.
