MISSIONS
We’re looking for our Seminars Coordinator (M/F), a true conductor of the events activity within this elegant showcase with its rich history and atypical architecture.
Under the responsibility of the establishment’s F&B Manager, and in collaboration with the hotel’s various departments, your role is to:
- Ansure the coordination of events (seminars, weddings, events, …) with all internal (kitchen, banquets, catering, reception) and external (service providers, DJ, …) departments upstream and during the duration of the service;
- Ensure the quality of services provided and respond to customer requests during the event;
- Respond to so-called “last minute” requests for the Catering business and for the Seminar business, and to requests for services for weddings:
- Qualify the request with the customer;
- Propose an adapted offer in terms of spaces, catering services, and ancillary services (add-ons) via the drafting of quotations;
- Ensure proper communication of event elements with the various departments;
- Take care of site visits and welcome customers;
- Ansure billing and payment follow-up.
- Foster customer loyalty through service excellence at every stage of their experience within the establishment and through the Marriott Bonvoy program;
Your profile
PROFILE
You have a background in hospitality and initial experience in sales/events. Your rigor and ability to organize and adapt enable you to adapt to different customers and events to deliver a quality service.
You pay particular attention to customer satisfaction and know how to mobilize the resources needed to provide them with a personalized experience.
Fluency in English is mandatory, a second language would be appreciated; as would proficiency in IT tools (including Opera).

CDD: 1 month (renewable)
Working hours : 39h/week
