L’Hermitage Gantois is looking for its Commis de Cuisine – Petit Déjeuner (NB/F/H).
Attached to the Kitchen Brigade and working directly with the room team dedicated to Breakfast, your missions are:
- Prepare and organize the breakfast buffet according to established standards;
- Provide minute cooking of eggs and other hot dishes at customers’ request;
- Respect recipes and technical sheets;
- Be a support to the kitchen brigade in the preparation of mise en place;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the areas used in compliance with HACCP standards;
- Assure the reception, control and storage of goods;
- Collaborate with the team to guarantee efficient, quality service;
- Respect the quality standards defined within the establishment.
Your profile
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
Naturally organized, you are able to demonstrate versatility, always paying particular attention to the smallest details. You enjoy working as part of a team and know how to be rigorous in carrying out your tasks.
If you have completed a training course (CAP, mention complémentaire…), you will have initial experience in a similar position.

Salary: €1,832.17 + Food allowance/benefit in kind
