A ABOUT THE POSITION
The Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place, is looking for a Commis de Cuisine as part of a replacement.
We’ve got the recipes, you’ve got the talent. Cook, prepare, send, delight!
Welcome to the Kitchen Brigade, a warm and welcoming team in which your mission will be to:
- Prepare and dress dishes in accordance with technical sheets and according to the manager’s instructions;
- Participate in inventories;
- Participate in the receipt of goods to their storage applying the principles of storage.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Organize your workstation by applying instructions;
- Adapt your work rhythm to suit busy times, events and customers;
- Clean and tidy your workstation according to instructions given;
- Avoid any waste of goods;
- Contribute to the proper management of small equipment by avoiding breakage;
- Apply HACCP rules;
- Apply procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel.
