Le Couvent des Minimes is looking for its Chef de Rang for its Restaurant (NB/F/H)!
Main duties:
- Assume service for the restaurant and general maintenance of the space and equipment
- Prepare the mise en place
- Serve dishes and beverages
- Servicing tables and tidying up the room
- Participate actively in the development of sales, service quality and team training
Your responsibilities:
- Promote other services offered by the hotel
- Ensure the good order of small equipment and check its cleanliness
- Assure liaison between the Restaurant and the Kitchen
- May be required to participate in the activities of the various catering departments
- Transmits purchase orders enabling invoicing and ensures collection or charging to the room account
- Performs any other tasks, punctual or regular, at the request of his/her hierarchy
- Respects the standards and procedures in place in the hotel while complying with the HACCP approach

- Correct English essential;
- Rigorous, able to work as part of a team;

- 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the restaurant offering, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
