Job description
The Grand Hôtel Bellevue in Lille is looking for a Bar Manager (NB/F/H) for the Café Bellevue and the Toit Terrasse. Reporting to the General Manager of the establishment, your responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a warm atmosphere;
- Ensure customer loyalty and follow up customer requests.
BAR MANAGEMENT
- Be a driving force behind the renewal of the bar menu;
- Prepare recipes and technical sheets;
- Make cocktails and drinks in compliance with technical sheets;
- Take orders and serve customers;
- Manage cash receipts and ensure cash desk management;
- Manage inventory and orders;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules;
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Participate in team recruitment, particularly for the summer period;
- Supervise the bar team and participate in their operational training;
- Manage schedules, vacation requests and extra contracts and ensure compliance with legal rules;
- Participate in the development and upskilling of teams.
Your profile
With successful experience in bar or hotel bar management, you’re keen to start a new adventure by helping to develop the business
.
Your sense of customer welcome and your leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage a service, both in terms of quality and team relations. You have experience of managing several points of sale.
You are recognized for your ability to work in a team environment.
You are recognized for your organizational and managerial skills.
CONTRAT
CDI – 39h/week
Start date: as soon as possible
Status : supervisor
Salary : 2458€ gross + Food allowance
