Job description
The 5-star Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde in the heart of Rouen combines historic charm with modern luxury. A member of the Autograph Collection (Marriott) network, the hotel features several dining areas, including an elegant and refined bar welcoming an international clientele.
As a bartender/barmaid, you’ll ensure quality service in our bar and on the terrace.

Welcome customers with professionalism and friendliness

Prepare and serve beverages according to the establishment’s standards

Advise customers on the cocktail, wine, spirits menu

Ensure bar set-up, restocking and cleanliness

Supervise compliance with health and safety rules

Participate in cocktail creation (according to profile)
Your profile

Previous experience in high-end bar or hotel desired

Good presentation, sense of service, dynamism

Knowledge of classic cocktails

Common level of French required, English preferred
