Job description
As part of the development of our sales department, we are looking for a Group Desk Sales Assistant (NB/F/H) to market our Lille establishments.
Within the Sales Department, at the Group’s Head Office based in Lille, your missions are as follows:
- Manage Business & Leisure Group customer requests (banqueting, meeting and accommodation) from request to confirmation of file.
- Respect SOPs (response time, proposal quality);
- Supervise the quality of file entry and follow-up on the corresponding tools;
- Relay and follow up on his portfolio by telephone;
- Guarantee the quality of files transmitted to seminar coordinators in the Hotels;
- Sales responsibilities
- Qualify, advise, argue and negotiate according to the defined strategy;
- Recall the Customer on the appropriate dates to confirm his file;
- Call the Customer after the event to obtain a new request, a new contact, a new reminder;
- Strategy
- Respect the Yield strategy (rates and event typologies) with the aim of reaching the Hotels’ budgets;
- Respect terms and conditions of sale.
Your profile
With a background in sales or hospitality, you have excellent interpersonal skills and proven commercial acumen. You enjoy working as part of a team and you know how to be rigorous in carrying out your assignments.
Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
Contract
Job type: CDD Full-time (39h) – CDD replacement for parental leave
Date: 1/05/2025 to 14/09/2025
Salary: €2248.56 gross + target bonus
