Main duties
The Assistant Point of Sale Manager works with the Point of Sale Manager and the Catering Manager to manage catering areas, coordinate teams and actively participate in service. In collaboration with his/her superiors, he/she ensures that all teams carry out their tasks correctly, in compliance with standards and with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction. He/she participates in controlling the progress of the service, ensuring that it runs smoothly by maintaining efficient and permanent communication with the teams and kitchen staff.
The Assistant Point of Sale Manager is assigned to one point of sale, but may be called upon to assist other points of sale as required.
The various sales outlets* are:
- Restaurant La Terrasse
- Latitude Bar
- Breakfast service
- Banquets
