WiZiU HQ is recruiting a Human Resources Assistant (NB/F/H) to join its Lille HR team. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner and working with the HR Manager, you will be involved in HR management for some of the 8 hotels in the Lille area (Hermitage Gantois, Couvent des Minimes, Hilton Lille, Grand Hôtel Bellevue, Art Déco, Ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi, Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place, Novotel Lille Centre Grand Place). In this context, your missions will be as follows:
1. ADP, PAIE & SIRH
- Supervises compliance with and application of labor law rules;
- Assures personnel administration: editing employment contracts and amendments, mutual insurance affiliation and monitoring provident fund files, declarations to external organizations, drafting letters and certificates, monitoring trial periods and medical check-ups;
- Manages monthly payroll campaigns, transmitting variable elements and checking pay slips in liaison with the Payroll Office, as well as editing payroll reports and monitoring transfer signatures;
- Positions himself/herself as a privileged contact for employees on subjects related to ADP and payroll;
- Participates in HR data reporting campaigns for Headquarters or the owner;
- Accompany operational managers and employees on operational HR management and carry out any necessary reminders.
2.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Participates in the deployment of the Group’s training policy: gathering needs, managing AKTO files, registering for training courses, administrative management;
- Performs regular reporting on training courses attended and implements the necessary actions to ensure Group objectives are met;
- Participates in the deployment of training for international brands (Marriott, Accor, Hilton, …) ;
- Assures the deployment and follow-up of the various interview campaigns (trial period, annual interview, professional interview, interview returning from long-term leave, …).
3. COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT
- Makes sure to provide the necessary answers to its internal customers (GM/HM, managers, employees, Headquarters);
- Supervises the deployment of the integration process for new employees;
- Provides HR support to employees and answers questions on various topics;
- Assures the relay of the handicap policy (accompaniment of the employees, organization of sensitization, partnership with associations (ex: ARPEJEH, ESAT)) ;
- Participates in the creation of relevant internal communication media (welcome booklets and procedures, trombinoscopes, newsletter, LinkedIn communication), participates in the operational deployment of the employer brand.
4. RECRUITMENT
- Monitors compliance with recruitment processes established by headquarters;
- Declines the recruitment process in the hotels, in support of the Directors and operational managers: placing advertisements, sorting CVs, sourcing, interviewing, responding to candidates, checking work authorizations, liaising with recruitment agencies;
- Participates in relevant job dating in its geographical area;
- Develop relationships with schools in the region.
Your profile
Training / Professional experience
- Education : Bac+3/5 (Bachelor/Master in HR Management).
- Experience: 1/2 years minimum in a similar position in the HCR sector (including work-study)
- Key skills:
- Mastery of labor law and application of the CCN HCR;
- Mastery of ATM software and knowledge of Payroll desirable (Silae) ;
- Computer skills, ability to write and manage figures.

- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to listen;
- Rigorous and methodical;
- Diagnostic skills ;
- Communication skills at all levels;
- Appetence for operations, M/F field-based, true support function.
Contract
- CDI – 39h per week
- Status : employee
- Salary : 2400€ gross (+ food allowances)
- Start date: September 29, 2025
