Position
We are looking for an Alternant en Restauration (NB/F/H) to join the Hilton Lille team.
Missions
- Participate in setting up rooms and lounges (table setting, restaurant cleanliness…)
- Welcome customers and take orders;
- Serve customers and clear tables;
- Understand customer relations and satisfaction issues;
- Manage reservations directly and on the software;
- Respect Hilton data sheets, procedures in place and standards;
- Respect HACCP standards ;
- Ensure cleanliness of spaces and equipment;
Your profile
Profile
You are preparing an apprenticeship contract (1 or 2 years) and are passionate about the hotel and restaurant business.
You are currently training at a hotel school.
You’re known for your dynamism, team spirit, versatility and attention to detail.
Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
