The Hotel de Bourgtheroulde and its dynamic team are looking for one Receptionist on a sandwich course to support its development and pass on its know-how in a high-end environment.
Your daily routine:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and friendliness;
- Organize arrivals and departures in compliance with current procedures;
- Oversee the smooth running of customers’ stays and respond to their requests;
- Inform about hotel services and booking procedures;
- Manage billing for stays and collections;
- Answer the telephone and direct calls to the relevant departments;
- Prepare administratively for the following day (VIP arrivals, registration cards…) ;
- Accompany guests to their rooms and share information about the establishment;
- Learn, progress, propose!
Your profile
Your profile:
- You are preparing a Mention Complémentaire Bar or similar apprenticeship training;
- You are motivated, dynamic, organized and good with people;
- You’re passionate about the world of bars, curious and ready to learn;
- Good presentation and team spirit are a must;
- First experience is appreciated, but your motivation and desire to learn will make all the difference.
Contract & conditions:
- Apprenticeship contract in partnership with a hotel school;
- Remuneration according to the legal grid in force + 2 food allowances per day.
