Job description
We are looking for a Reception Assistant (NB/F/H) to join the Front Office team at the Hilton Lille Hotel.
Missions:
- Prepare for guests’ arrival in advance of their stay;
- Process booking requests on the various channels;
- Welcome customers (physical and telephone reception) ;
- Ensure that arrival and departure procedures for hosted customers are respected;
- Respond to customer requests throughout their stay;
- Perform customer billing and collection;
- Adopt a sales approach to develop additional sales.
Your profile
In the process of training at a hotel school, you’re preparing an apprenticeship contract (1 or 2 years) and you’re passionate about the hotel-restaurant business.
You’re known for your dynamism, team spirit and attention to detail. You speak professional English (a second language would be a plus).
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (39h)
Salary: in accordance with current conventional pay scales
