Job description
We are looking for an Alternant Polyvalent cuisine (NB/F/H) to join the kitchen brigade at Hotel le Couvent des Minimes.
Missions:
- Participate in setting up and dispatching dishes;
- Perform preliminary preparations;
- Respect technical data sheets;
- Respect HACCP standards;
- Ensure cleanliness of areas and equipment;
Your profile
Currently training at a hotel school, you’re preparing an apprenticeship contract (1 or 2 years) and you’re passionate about the hotel and restaurant business.
You’re known for your dynamism, team spirit and attention to detail.
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (35h)
Salary: in accordance with current collective bargaining agreement

The hotel has 75 rooms and 8 suites. The restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional specialties. Two bars complete the restaurant offering, including one dedicated to champagne in a magnificent suspended glass roof. The hotel has 7 lounges that can accommodate up to 300 people.
