We are looking for an Alternant en Cuisine (NB/F/H) to join the kitchen brigade at the Hôtel Hermitage Gantois.
Missions:
- Participate in setting up and dispatching dishes;
- Perform preliminary preparations;
- Respect technical data sheets;
- Respect HACCP standards;
- Ensure cleanliness of areas and equipment;
Your profile
Profile required:
You are preparing an apprenticeship contract (1 or 2 years) and are passionate about the hotel and restaurant business.
You are currently studying at a hotel management school.
You’re known for your dynamism, team spirit and attention to detail.
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (35h)
Salary: in accordance with current collective bargaining agreement
