Job description
Attached to the Food & Beverage Manager at L’Hermitage Gantois, the NB/F/H F& B Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

- Marketing/Communication
Creating offers for Hotel events: defining the offer, coordinating the various departments, liaising with service providers, creating content for social networks, analyzing the profitability of actions deployed.
Visual redesign of the maps of the various spaces
- Operational management
Assist the F&B Manager in the creation, deployment and monitoring of procedures (Marriott standard, customer satisfaction, HACCP standards….)
Assist department managers: Breakfast, Banquet, Bar, Estaminet, on day-to-day management
- Banquet management
Provide support for banquet activities: prepare function meetings, prepare orders: extras, crockery, equipment.
Presence at important events.
- Cost Control
Study and monitoring of F&B ratios: design of data sheets, monitoring and analysis of deviations, proposal of corrective actions.
The missions defined are not exhaustive and will evolve according to the needs of the establishment and the skills developed by the student.
Your profile
You’re currently training at a hotel management school, preparing an apprenticeship contract (1 or 2 years) and are passionate about the hotel and restaurant business.
You’re recognized for your dynamism, team spirit, versatility and attention to detail.
You’ll be able to work in a team environment.

Your level of English enables you to work effectively in a professional context.
Contract:
Apprenticeship contract (39h)
Salary: in accordance with current conventional pay scales
